Return Policy

Here at poisausul we believe in 100% customer service and strive to please all poisausul customers. We always do our best to take care of our valuable customers.

In the unlikely event, if any product that you have buy from poisausul is damaged or incorrect then the customer may return this product. To be eligible for a return & exchange, the product must be returned to poisausul in a resalable & unused condition, If the product is damaged after delivering it from the poisausul, then the responsible person (delivery man, third party) shall be held accountable for the damage. If a customer wants to return any campaign or free delivery offer product from poisausul then the customer must bear the return charge.

The customer must check the product at the time in front of delivery person.

If there is a defect in the product ordered by the customer, the customer can exchange the same product. If the same product is not available in poisausul store then customer can exchange any product in stock at poisausul store.
